Welcome to the first issue of 2004. Lots of fun and interesting articles. I hope you check them out. Reach Out would like to thank all the wonderful writers who have contributed their work to share with us. Reach Out is always looking for new articles, stories, humor, poetry etc. to share with our readers. If you have something you'd like to share, you can email it to me at Jim@reachoutmag.com. There has been some exciting things happening here, and I believe that 2004 is the year for Reach Out. For starters we have just formed a new non-profit organization which will serve as the parent to Reach Out magazine. Reach Out ABILITIES Services, INC. is the name of the new organization. We are a Florida not-for-profit organization. We have filed for & are awaiting approval of 501C3 tax-exempt status from IRS. This designation will allow us to take advantage of grants, donations, fundraisers and other charitable means. What this all means for Reach Out is there will be more money available to offer more features & services both online & offline as well as enhance the current services. This will also result in a larger readership & more active members. Please be sure and check back often for more exciting news.
