My silly stupid heart that doesn't seem
to want to start anew.

I want us to be together and not part,

you made me believe in us when I was
really hurt and sad.

But, now I am aware that my silly stupid heart
can not take back the pain that I had caused.

I'm really glad time marches on,

As you can see, good luck to you
and good luck to me.

For my silly stupid heart can not take or make
things any better than they were.
